HPCx and the QUEST cluster are no more, this page has been left for reference only
Currently, NCAS-CMS and QUEST support FAMOUS on the HPCx supercomputer and the QUEST cluster.
The latest version is xcpsb, and this will be kept up to date. For more information, see Standard Versions and Standard Job Updates.

The Mead Diagnostics don’t work on quest, so have been switched off in the standard job.
For bit-comparison on quest, use the following compile overrides for both the model and reconfiguration, if used:
~rgxao/um/overrides/O2_fastsse_ieee - for compile options -O2 -Kieee -fastsse
~rgxao/um/overrides/moxsw_gcom2.9b5 - new version of GCOM compiled without extra optimisations
Recently we’ve noticed compilation sometimes fails when submitted directly from puma (with “error while loading shared libraries: libibverbs.so.1″). In this case, run the script directly from umui_runs.
